About the Event
Per North Carolina Real Estate Commission Rules, all licensed brokers (both provisional and non-provisional) must take a minimum of eight (8) hours of continuing education each license year to maintain their license on Active status. Continuing education courses cover a breadth of topics. The 2020-2021 GenUp course will cover the following topics per the North Carolina Real Estate Commission:
Section 1: Fair Housing
Section 2: Contracts
Section 3: Cybersecurity
Section 4: Law and Rule Updates
Section 5: Licensing and Education
